Surface Dressing
Contractors will be working between the junctions of the A259 Friston Hill and Wannock
Lane, Wannock, to improve the condition of the road.
A layer of bitumen is to be sprayed onto the road to seal it and stone
chippings are then to be spread on top. The road surface is then rolled to
embed the chippings.
Work is scheduled as follows:
Thursday 26 & Friday 27 June: Removal of cat’s eyes
8pm-6am
Tuesday 1 & Wednesday 2 July: Surface Dressing treatment
7pm-6am
If needed, lining, cats eyes and HFS will be replaced at a later date
