Many thanks to all those residents that joined us on a very warm evening for our 2026 AGM.

It was lovely to see and speak to so many of you.

Following on from both the Residents’ Association and the Greensward AGMs, Jonathan Timberlake gave us a really interesting presentation about the biodiversity of our parish.

The main takes from our AGM are:

After a very busy year Yvonne has decided to stand down as Chair, so we are currently looking for her successor. If you know of anyone who fancies this job, and that could be you! please drop us a line. Ashley West retired as our treasurer, a job he has carried out with excellence for the last 6 years. We will certainly miss his wisdom and support and extend our thanks to him and to Yvonne.

We are very pleased that Terry Jenner will be taking over the role of treasurer from Ashley, and Tim Pontin joins us as new member of the committee. We welcome both onto the team.

All of the remainder our committee were re-elected.

Fees will go up to £12 per household next year – effective from 1st April 2027

As always the Residents’ Association relies on you its members. If you have any ideas or concerns, or just want to check if you have paid the current subscription, please get in touch – we are all volunteers but are committed to being the voice of the residents and helping make our Parish the nicest of places to live.
